Iam writing my review to let other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game unless u know someone in management or people who work here. I witnessed 4 times each week they been doing a click here £50 giveaway and the same chinese person won 3 times in a row and even a big giveaway which is tickets to Vegas!
I asked if I could view it and they showed me the footage, I was absolutely mortified and tried to explain that it was an honest mistake, I couldn’t believe I’d done it. They said can you see how it looks to us, to which I replied Yes and that I was so sorry. They called security to escort myself and my husband out of the casino! I apologised to the lady who’s chip it was and explained the situation. I felt absolutely humiliated and an injustice. I’d like to thank them for kicking us out and not giving themselves the chance to win back the winnings we took home and for letting me get escorted out of the building at the grand age of 53 ...like a young Rebel and I’m not sorry for my potty mouth afterwards! I shall never step foot in one of their casinos again....they need to give their staff some training in customer service!
Overall a fantastic hotel I will highly recommend .Definately pay the extra and book a club room !! A big thank you to Arthur at reception and Nevin in the Club lounge
The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel for 1 night, I am glad I did not stay any longer. Halfway through the night as me and my partner were asleep we were woken up to a noise coming from the adjacent room to ours. The noise was brief and at the time we were unable to make out what it was. However, at this point we were now awake and attempted to fall back to sleep. At approximately 7.30am we heard a noise again, this time we were more alert to it as we were unable to fall back to sleep. The noise was coming from the adjacent room again and there was a rhythmic banging noise which lasted around 30 minutes. You will find on this review a video of the noise as evidence. We could also hear moaning coming from the room so it became clearly evident that there was a sexual interaction taking place. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing and completely ruined our stay at the hotel. At the point of check out we raised this with the person at the desk, who advised he was the manager named Mark. He showed pelo empathy at all regarding our horrible experience and did nothing in regards to handling the complaint.
